As for previous ALDE Party events, delegates & guests will be able to fill in a simple form to register for the event. Their registration will then be validated by the ALDE Party Secretariat.
International Officers will receive specific information to allow them to validate attendees related to their delegations & assign voting rights as needed.
Once registration has been completed & validated, all attendees will receive an electronic barcode via email - this barcode must be displayed to ALDE Party staff, either on a printed email or via your smartphone, at onsite registration in Budapest. Here, you will be issued with a badge which must be warn throughout Congress for security reasons & which will denote any voting rights you may have.
Congress is free of charge to attend for ALDE party politicians, voting delegates, specially invited guests, sponsors & press, staff & guests of affiliated organisations.
Delegation lists will close at 17:00 CET on Thursday 12 November 2015. Other than in the exceptional cases of flight cancellation, sickness or unforeseen political developments, when changes can be made by contacting the ALDE Party Secretariat. Failure of the International Officer to assign all voting rights by this deadline will result in that delegation being unable to exercise unallocated votes.
Online advance registration will close at 9:00 CET on Tuesday 17 November 2015, after this time, registration will only be possible onsite, in person, at the Congress registration desk - attendees are strongly advised to register online in advance and should expect long queues if wishing to register onsite.
