We are happy to welcome a new trainee to the ALDE Party Secretariat! Our new trainee, Huw James, will work with the Events & Fundraising Unit.

Originally from Somerset in the United Kingdom, Huw joins the ALDE Party following his traineeship at European Liberal Youth (LYMEC) having graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics at the University of York earlier in the year.

Huw told ALDE Party: "It’s a pleasure to start working at ALDE Party's Events & Fundraising Unit during the excitement and buzz of preparations for our Campaign Kick-off. I am delighted to be working with our Unit here in Brussels, making the most of freedom of movement and labour whilst I can, and developing and supporting the pro-European liberal values that I have long fought for."
