After opening the call for candidates to the ALDE Party's Individual members (AIM) Steering Committee two weeks ago, we are happy to announce the nomination of 14 highly engaged members from all over Europe. ALDE’s Individual Members and Liberal Associates can now vote for their candidates to the new Steering Committee.
The Steering Committee for the Individual Members in the ALDE Party is the elected body, consisting of five people, representing the individual members and steering their work across Europe. It supports all Individual Members and Liberal Associates in organising themselves at local, regional, and national levels to become more active in favour of liberal principles. By electing an engaged and active Steering Committee, the ALDE Party will benefit from a group of motivated Liberals that can help us spread our values across the continent – and beyond.
This Thursday 21 October at 19:00 CEST, the ALDE Party Secretariat will host an online event where Individual Members and Liberal Associates can meet and find out more about the candidates who are asking for their vote.
If you would like to find out more details about the candidates and elect this new body, please consider becoming an Individual member or Liberal Associate by signing up here if you are a EU citizen or here if you are outside of the EU.
