On June 29 at 15:00 CEST, the ALDE Party and the International Republican Institute (IRI) will hold a closed-doors roundtable discussion on The Transatlantic Partnership: charting a common path to rebalance trade with China and safeguard our democratic values.
The event will examine the opportunities under the new Biden administration for the US and Europe to chart a common path in rebalancing the trading relationship with China, address the impact of distortive trade practices and safeguard the respect for human rights, social and environmental protections.

The roundtable will be held on an online format under Chatham House rules and will only be open for members and representatives of political parties from the European liberal family.
