
European Liberal Democrats will meet from 8 to 10 November for their 39th ALDE Party Congress at the Marriott Auditorium Hotel in Madrid, Spain.
The event will bring together over 1,000 participants, including Prime Ministers, European Commissioners, party leaders, delegates and invididual members from our 60 members parties from all over Europe, who will adopt the ALDE Manifesto for the 2019 European Parliament elections.
