Last week, we welcomed Tommaso Fiore as the ALDE Party Secretariat’s new Communication Assistant. He will work to assist and facilitate the planning, creation and publishing of content to ALDE’s social media accounts and website, while taking care of the dissemination of the weekly Liberal Insider newsletter and supporting other projects within the Communications & Press Unit.

An Italian national, Tommaso has previously lived in Ireland, Italy and the United Kingdom, studying Journalism and the News Industry at the University of Kent.

He has previous experience in journalism, having worked for four years as a journalist at Sky in London, and joins us after completing an eight-month traineeship in the Press Unit of the European Parliament.
