On 30 September, we welcomed Pierre Louwerse to the ALDE Party Secretariat as our new Accountant, part of the Operations Unit. 

Pierre was born and raised in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, near Paris. Passionate about economics and management, he studied and completed a Master's degree in management in Reims, later complemented by a second Master's degree in accounting and finance in Paris. 

He began his career in 2016 and has since held accounting and finance positions in a variety of companies and organisations in Paris and Brussels. Before joining ALDE Party, he was working as Finance and Administration officer at the Young European Federalists. 

Passionate about politics and a convinced liberal, he is delighted to be joining the ALDE Party's Operations Unit as an accountant to keep the party's accounts and help manage its finances.
