Earlier in August, we welcomed Nan Qin as ALDE Party’s new Junior Data Analyst, part of the Research & Empowerment Unit.

With a PhD in Behavioural Science and Psychology from Ghent University (Belgium) and a strong passion for understanding human decision-making and behaviour, Nan brings a robust research and analytical background to the team.

Nan will work with her team in collecting and analysing data aimed at generating actionable insights and developing strategies that empower our ALDE Party members across Europe.

She is excited to support the organization of workshops and training seminars for both internal and external stakeholders, and to collaborate with member parties to exchange best practices and information about ALDE Party activities.

Throughout her time at ALDE, Nan aims to leverage the expertise to provide valuable insights that will drive strategic decisions and contribute to the organization’s mission of empowering and uniting pro-European forces.
