ALDE President supports liberals in Montenegrin elections

On this coming Sunday 30 August, Montenegrins will cast their votes in the parliamentary elections.

ALDE Party member Liberal Party of Montenegro runs in coalition with the ruling party, Democratic Party of Socialists which is currently polling at 35,1%.

In a video message, ALDE Party President Hans van Baalen expressed his support to his colleague Andrija Popović and underlined the importance of these elections for the stability of Montenegro as a NATO member and as part of the sphere of European influence. Watch his video message here

In addition to the parliamentary elections, local elections will also take place in Kotor, where the Liberal Party is running separately, and in Budva and Gusinje, where the party has formed a coalition with other local parties.
