ALDE President van Baalen and Czech PM Babiš discuss COVID-19

ALDE Party President Hans van Baalen and leader of ALDE member ANO, Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš have discussed the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the fight to contain its spread. While expectional measures are needed, executive privileges should always be limited in both scope and duration.

Prime Minister Babiš informed President van Baalen of the Czech measures that have been taken in order to contain the virus, such as using face masks. For President van Baalen, this preparedness of ANO to exchange information on the coronavirus is a sign of and key to the excellent relations in the Liberal family
