Ahead of the Italian parliamentary elections on 4 March, Italians in Brussels have shifted into campaign mode.
On 22 January in Brussels, a fundraising event was organised with former ALDE Group MEP Marco Cappato and ALDE Party Vice President Angelika Mlinar MEP to support Più Europa (More Europe).
+Europa is a liberal and pro-European coalition of political parties in Italy, including ALDE Party member Radicali Italiani and Forza Europa, which was created in November 2017 to prevent authoritarian and national populist forces from gaining influence in Italy in the upcoming elections. The list is led by Emma Bonino, leader of Radicali Italiani and former Italian Minister.

The evening was a success. There were several people from Radicali but also new faces whom have been convinced that the party is a project worth getting involved in.
The Programme of +Europa has also been published. You can find it at on their website in Italian.
