Baltic Pride demands equal rights

For the past 11 years the ALDE4Equality campaign initiative has been supporting the fight of the LGBTI community in Europe and beyond.

This year, ALDE Group's Vice President Sophie in ‘t Veld MEP travelled to Riga to participate at the Baltic Pride where she shared the stage with local politicians, NGOs and representatives of the private sector to demand equal rights for all, emphasising the importance of diversity in society under the slogan “See Diversity! See Freedom!”
