The Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe Party (ALDE Party) is the third largest European political family, bringing together parties with common liberal, democrat and reform ideas from more than 40 European countries. The Brussels-based ALDE Party Secretariat supports the activities of the Party; organises its meetings; manages its external communication; and facilitates European policy development and networking amongst liberal parties. To support our growing activities, we are now seeking a service provider for:

PRODUCTION OF PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

The ALDE Party is seeking to award a framework supply contract for the provision of production of ALDE branded promotional material.

The contractor will be requested to fulfil the following tasks:

• Production of print, textile and “gadget” promotional material
• Delivery of promotional material to the ALDE headquarters or other indicated points
• Be able to include in their offers’ worthwhile substitutes for high-quality, eco-Friendly and EU made product

Requirements of the tender:

• The supplier should be able to provide a draft quote before production.
• Before the production is launched, the contractor should present a sample or sent by post in order to obtain a final approval for production.
• The tenderer shall include as part of the offer a Catalogue with pictures of the proposed samples, products, with information on e.g. materials, size, colours, ecological labels.
• All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, subsisting in all publications and all files used in their production shall remain the property of ALDE.
• Due to the regularity of events organised by the ALDE Party and the need of promotion material, the supplier should have constant availability to produce the required materials.

ALDE Party is interested in a long-term working relationship and, we will offer a one year contract renewable every year up until five years.
