Centerpartiet, one of ALDE Party member parties in Sweden, hosted a special conference focused on the European Union’s future on 3 December, bringing together participants to discuss key challenges that have the potential to undermine democracy and freedom in Europe.
ALDE Party Vice-Presidents Baroness Sal Brinton (Liberal Democrats, UK) and Daniel Berg (Momentum, Hungary) took part in the Conference, joining a panel discussion on the current challenges for liberal democracies.
Renew Europe Vice-President Abir Al-Sahlani MEP, one of Centerpartiet’s representatives at the European Parliament, led the debate on the Conference on the Future of Europe and EU foreign policies.
Karin Söderdagarna, of which the conference was a part of, is a foreign and security policy conference for Centerpartiet members.
