On 21 April at 19:00 Kyiv time (18:00 CEST), Luis Garicano MEP, ALDE Party Vice-President and Vice-president of the Renew Europe Group in the European Parliament, will be talking about sanctions on Russia, and what kind of immediate financial support Europe should provide to Ukraine. The event will be the first in person talk at the Kyiv School of Economics since the beginning of the war, though online participation is also available.
