On 30 January, LYMEC – the youth organisation of the ALDE Party – held its second Digital Assembly. Introduced last year by the LYMEC’s new Bureau, the organisation is set to host two Digital Assemblies every year.
During the Assembly, LYMEC members discussed their ideas, concerns and questions with the LYMEC leadership. They also had the opportunity to engage with the LYMEC Bureau about past and upcoming activities.
Moreover, the outcomes of the Working Group on the Policy Book Renewal were discussed. Members had the chance to submit amendments and changes but also to reflect on the proposals. The outcomes of the discussions will be used as recommendations ahead of the next LYMEC Congress where the relevant decisions will be made and the future policy of LYMEC shaped.
LYMEC thanks all Assembly participants and looks forward to the upcoming Spring Congress.
