On 7 July, Momentum Mozgalom members elected Márton Tompos as its new President, succeeding Anna Donáth.
Tompos, who co-founded Momentum in 2017 and already served as its Vice-President, is a Member of the National Assembly since 2022 and also the party’s deputy parliamentary leader.

An assembly of party members agreed to elect a seven-strong leadership cohort, including:
- Dávid Bedő, Momentum leader in the National Assembly
- Lajos Lőcsei, Member of Parliament,
- János Stummer, member of Momentum's faction in Budapest’s 18th district
- Milán Ruzsics, President of Momentum in Zala County, Hungary
- Viktória Vajda, Momentum representative in Göd, Hungary
- Eszter Posch, Member of Momentum II
