Filipa Oliveira recently joined the Administration Unit at the ALDE Party Secretariat in Brussels.
Born in Porto, Portugal, she joined the Portuguese Army in Lisbon where she worked in the Cabinet of General Chief of Staff. By the time she finished her studies in International Relations, she decided to move to Brussels to pursue her dream of working for the European Union. She has a real passion for EU affairs and is very happy to finally join the ALDE family.
