Last week, the ALDE Party Secretariat welcomed a new Corporate Engagement Officer to the team: Michael Forde from Ireland has joined the ALDE Party Engagement Unit. Michaels role is to grow and maintain ALDE’s stakeholders by establishing new partnerships for the ALDE party, representing the party at events and identifying new opportunities to expand engagement alongside work on topics such as our Stakeholder event series, Liberal Insider Pro newsletter, and more.

Michael holds a BA in Politics & Public Administration and MSc in International Public Policy & Diplomacy. He uses his qualifications to understand a wide range of policy areas and connect ALDE with new engagement opportunities. Over the past three years he has worked in the Commercial Space sector where he established and  coordinated new R&D partnerships and commercialisation activity for innovative technologies.Welcome Michael!
