Earlier this week, we welcomed Nina Handlos Thomassen as a Data & Analysis trainee at the ALDE Party Secretariat.

Nina holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Denmark, her country of origin, and is currently enrolled in the last year of a Research Masters in European Studies at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. She has previously completed an internship in the Danish embassy of France, covering French internal and EU policies. In her Research Masters she has specialised in quantitative statistics and carried out a range of research projects in the realm of EU studies and politics.

Being passionate about data and EU politics Nina therefore looks very much forward to the opportunity of working in the Data & Analysis section of the ALDE Secretariat.
