With the first episode launched last month, we are happy to share the second episode in the new ALDE Party video series highlighting the unique stories of liberal leaders across Europe!

In this episode, we meet with Katalin Cseh, MEP from ALDE Party member Momentum in Hungary and Vice-President of the Renew Europe Group, to discuss topics such as overcoming the challenges caused by the COVID-19 crisis and increasing the resilience of our democracies. A trained physician, Cseh also reveals why she returned to work in the front lines during the crisis.

“We need greater harmonisation, a stronger Europe to foster reaction and a stronger European health care response – a joint health care response,” Cseh reflected on the next steps for the EU and continued: “Taking care of each other – this is something that we should cherish in the long run because it is really the base of a solidaric European society.”
