On Friday 18 March 2016 Liberals from Southeast Europe met in Belgrade, Serbia to discuss liberal solutions to the refugee crisis and examine its impact on freedom of movement in Europe. The event was organised by the Liberal Southeast European Network in cooperation with the Serbian LDP and the Dutch VVD.
ALDE Party’s individual membership is developing rapidly across Europe and Germany is one of the countries with many individual members. An online election was held to elect three country coordinators. Individual members in Germany elected Goetz Galuba, BTR Naidu and Wolf Wiegand.
