Women’s and girls’ basic rights are under threat in Poland once again, a country with one of the most restrictive abortion laws in Europe. Last week, the Polish Constitutional Court  set out  a near-total ban on abortion.

We Liberals believe women should have full access to comprehensive and reproductive health and rights and the Polish government has no right to regulate women’s bodies.

We are addressing a letter to the Polish Parliament asking them to reject the Court’s ruling and stop taking control of women’s decisions over their own bodies.
