How to get from Vilnius International Airport

By bus - Take express bus number 3G toward Europos aikste. Exit at Europos Aikste. The hotel will be 50 meters away.

By taxi - The hotel is 9 km away from the airport. A taxi ride takes around 20 minutes, depending on traffic.

How to get from Vilnius Railway Station

By bus - Take express bus 1G and exit at Zaliasis tiltas. The hotel is 500 meters away straight through Upes Street.

By taxi - A taxi ride to the hotel takes about 15 minutes.

Reimbursement of travel costs

Delegates are advised that reimbursement will be done using a specific online platform, and not via the usual printed form. Delegates will receive an email to the reimbursement platform right after the event has taken place and will be able to upload their proof of payments directly. The reimbursement conditions will be specified in the email.
