On 1 February at 16:30 CET, the Renew Europe Group in the European Parliament will host an event to reaffirm the close cooperation between Renew Europe and civil society organizations to protect and empower women all over Europe.
The event, which will be held both physically in the European Parliament in Brussels, and online, will be opened by Stephane Séjourné MEP, President of Renew Europe. María Soraya Rodriguez Ramos MEP, Renew Europe Coordinator of FEMM Committee, will present the priorities of the Pact and how to implement it through a widespread mobilisation across Europe.
This will be followed by two panels, one on promoting female participation in the labour market and leadership and another one on sexual and reproductive rights. The event will be concluded by a key note from Vice-President of the European Commission, Věra Jourová.
