To help answer this question, your allies at the Alliance Of Her have put together a cutting-edge capacity building and networking session designed to help you develop further skills to survive and thrive in politics while avoiding the pitfalls of power.

Join the Alliance Of Her Academy core trainer Katrien Van den Broeck as she leads a discussion on ten of the most common "traps" politicians face when navigating political roles and mandates. Drawing on her extensive experience working at the highest levels in European and national politics, Katrien has assembled proven solutions for dealing with these traps so that talented leaders live to fight another day.

During this session, MEPs will talk through the foundations of good management, recruitment and how to foster a high-preforming happy team in the European Parliament. Don’t worry, there will also be plenty of group work to discuss how you develop your own management style and teams.

The capacity building session will be hosted by Alliance of Her, led by ELF, ALDE Party in partnership with the Rainbow Platform.
