On 22 February, the Alliance Of Her (AOH) announced its Class of 2022. This year the AOH is offering two classes for a combined 40 participants representing 25 member parties, making the 2022 class the biggest yet.
To celebrate the European Year of Youth and expand the program , the AOH is partnering with LYMEC for the first time to deliver a class exclusively for politically active women between 18-30. This class will run alongside the open one and offer tailored sessions for young female leaders pursuing their political goals.
Sessions will take place in Belgium, Hungary and Lithuania where the Alliance Of Her will collaborate with local member parties and provide new contexts and contacts for participants to explore.
Participants will benefit from a comprehensive program that runs throughout the year, covering all essential elements necessary to successfully navigate political life. Participants will gain insights and develop a strong network of support to ensure each of them achieves their own political goals, immediately joining an influential and inspiring network of over 150 alumnae – many of whom are currently represented at the highest level of politics across Europe. During the Alliance Of Her Academy, participants have time and space to meet like-minded women in politics across Europe and learn from each other and can also draw inspiration from a range of speakers and special guests.
The Alliance Of Her Academy continues to benefit from the support of partners, such as the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom and the European Liberal Forum. As such all participants meet strict eligibility criteria in addition to demonstrating clear leadership talent and ambition.
With over a record 140 applications for the 2022 Academy, the Alliance Of Her is being increasingly seen across Europe as the leading program of its kind, empowering liberal women in politics to realise their political ambitions - to lead and succeed. Learn more about the program here.
