Joining the ALDE Secretariat this January is Anna Wangen, a communications graduate interested in sharing impactful stories to connect people, foster participation and inspire action.

Her previous experience includes political and international development communication in both Europe and North America, as well as EU-level advocacy.

She holds a MSc. in Media and Communications from the London School of Economics (UK) and attended Lund University (SE) for her BSc. in Development Studies and Economic History.

During the coming months, Anna hopes to “collaborate with the team to develop creative and effective strategies for engaging with new audiences and contribute to the growing, pro-European force that ALDE represents”.

At ALDE, Anna will support the team as a Social Media Intern – most days you’ll find her somewhere in the Twitter-sphere or behind our Instagram stories!
