Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the European Union has failed to establish a coordinated response. There are no common criteria for counting cases, no common rules for travel and quarantine, no coordination on track-and-trace applications, and more.
Europe needs a coordinated approach and harmonised rules to combat the coronavirus and mitigate its impact on our societies and economies.
