Manuel Costa joins the team with experience in EU politics, public policy and digital communications. He previously worked as a Schuman Trainee at the European Parliament in DG COMM’s Audiovisual Unit and in a public affairs firm, supporting clients on EU public policy and communications.
He has also previously worked with ALDE Party as a Social Media Trainee from 2024-2025, contributing to the Party’s digital content and social media strategy.
Manuel holds an MA in Political Communication from Cardiff University and a BA in International Relations from the University of Coimbra, including an Erasmus+ semester at KU Leuven.
He is passionate about using communication to connect European politics with citizens and strengthen democratic engagement.
