The Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe Party (ALDE Party) is the third largest European political family, bringing together parties with common liberal, democrat and reform ideas from more than 30 European countries. The Brussels-based ALDE Party Secretariat supports the activities of the Party; organizes its meetings; manages its external communication; and facilitates European policy development and networking amongst liberal parties.

We are now seeking a:

Venue to host our Congress reception on 3 June 2022 in Dublin, Ireland

The Congress is the main statutory event for the ALDE Party, this year we will host the congress at the Convention Center Dublin the 2-4 June 2022. We expect up to 1.000 participants and we usually organize the Congress reception the second night of the event.

ALDE Party is interested in a venue and catering provider that:

• Can easily ensure the space and the catering from 750 to 950 participants
• Can create an environment with seating and standing style dining
• Can ensure a space for the catering and a space for an eventual entertainment moment
• Can propose a buffet setting with gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options
• Can offer, if requested, a private setting for 30 people
• Can offer a flexible solution as to final confirmation of participants
• Can offer some drinking package options
