TRAVELLING TO VIENNA
Arrivals from Airport:
From Vienna Airport take the REX7 or the S7 in the direction of Wien Floridsdorf Bahnhof to Wien Mitte-Landstraße, from there switch to the U3 in the direction of the Ottakring and take it until Herrengasse. From Herrengasse it’s a 4-minute walk to Hofburg.
The Hofburg is conveniently accessible from Vienna Airport by taxi or Uber, costing around 40 euros.
Arrivals from Vienna Central Station:
From Wien Hauptbahnhof (Südtiroler Platz) take the U1 in direction Wien Leopoldau to Wien Karlsplatz. From there go to the station Wien Oper/Karlsplatz (Kärntner Ring) you can take both the 1 in direction of Wien Prater, Hauptallee or the 2 in direction of Wien Dornbach to Wien Ring/Volkstheater. From there it’s a 4-minute walk to the venue.
The Hofburg is conveniently accessible from Vienna Central Station by taxi or Uber, costing around 15 euros.
TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT
In accordance with ALDE Party statutes, partial travel costs will be reimbursed to ALDE Party Council delegates only.
A link to the platform to submit your reimbursement request will be sent out to Council delegates after the event takes place.
