Micheál Martin is leader of Fianna Fáil and Taoiseach of Ireland, first from 2020–2022 and again since January 2025. A former teacher, he has represented Cork South-Central in the Irish Parliament since 1989 and held multiple ministerial portfolios (1997–2010). He led Fianna Fáil from 2011, serving as opposition leader until 2020, and as Tánaiste and Foreign Affairs and Defence Minister (2022–2024).
Svenja Hahn has been the ALDE Party President since October 2024. The German MEP was elected in 2019 for FDP and was previously President of the European Liberal Youth (2018–2020). She was also ELF Vice-President (2020–2022) and ALDE Party Vice-President (2022–2024), managing the 2024 manifesto drafting process uniting liberal forces across Europe.

Marta Kos is the European Commissioner for Enlargement, nominated by Slovenia and appointed in late 2024. From 1997 till 1999, she managed the communication of the Slovenian government. From 2013 till 2020, she was consecutively appointed ambassador to Germany and to Switzerland. She resigned in 2020 due to her disagreement with the policies of populist Prime Minister of the time Janez Janša. The former swimming champion and journalist has been involved with Gibanje Svoboda since 2022.

A graduate in international relations and expert bridge player, she worked in business administration before joining IL in 2019. She served on Oeiras city council (2021), became Secretary General of IL’s parliamentary group (2023), and was elected MP for Lisbon in 2024, re-elected in 2025. She assumed party leadership in July 2025.
