As usual, we strongly recommend our Delegates to book their accommodation as soon as possible to secure the best rates and availability. As the European Council is getting together the same week in Dublin, hotels could fill up quickly.

FOOD & BEVERAGES
Dublin's food culture centres on hearty, comforting classics with a strong pub tradition at its heart.
Try Irish specialties like Irish stew, coddle, or a full Irish breakfast, and don't miss fresh soda bread, a bowl of seafood chowder, or a proper pint of Guinness. Many excellent restaurants and traditional pubs can be found in Temple Bar and the Georgian Quarter around Grafton Street.

TRAVELLING TO DUBLIN
From Dublin airport you can take a Dublin Express or Aircoach bus to the City Centre (approx. 30min).
You can also take a Dublin Bus from the airport to the City Centre (approx. 60min).
A taxi or ride-hailing service takes between 30min – 60min directly from the airport to the City Centre.
POINTS OF INTEREST
Dublin's city centre is packed with landmarks central to Ireland's history and culture. Within a short walk of each other, you'll find Dublin Castle, St. Patrick's Cathedral, the National Museum of Ireland and the Book of Kells Experience at Trinity College.
A little further afield, Kilmainham Gaol Museum, the EPIC Museum and the Guinness Storehouse offer a deeper dive into Irish heritage.
TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT
In accordance with ALDE Party statutes, partial travel costs will be reimbursed to ALDE Party Council delegates only.
A link to the platform to submit the reimbursement request will be sent out to Council delegates after the event takes place.
