On 2 March at 14:30 CET, the Renew Europe Group in the European parliament will hold a webinar on the launch of the EU Geographical Indication (GI) Protection System for Craft and Industrial Products (CIP).
The event will be hosted by Stéphane Séjourné MEP, President of the Renew Europe Group, and will count with a panel of expert speakers among which we can find key liberal leaders such as Thierry Breton, European Commissioner for Trade and Single Market, Dita Charanzová MEP, Vice-President of ALDE Party and the European Parliament, and Adrián Vázquez Lázara MEP.
They will attempt to answer to the following questions: how can the European Parliament craft a market-friendly and an open protection system in line with the Green Deal? will it meet the expectations from the fields?
