This winter, millions of Ukrainians are facing a harsh reality: extreme cold, damaged energy infrastructure and recurring blackouts.

Access to heat, electricity and essential services has become a daily struggle for communities, institutions and households across the country.  

Join us in suporting an initiative led by Lesia Zaburanna, Member of the Ukrainian Parliament, together with the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories and the Ministry of Energy, who are leading efforts to provide life-saving support across Ukraine. 

They are partnering with the Charitable Foundation “Leaders of Changes” (Благодійний фонд «Лідери змін»), an NGO brings together a team of professionals united by a commitment to service and responsibility. They have been providing support to those most affected by the war and this time they are delivering critical support to sustain electricity, heating, water supply, and emergency backup services at the local level.
