ALDE data managers get together in Berlin

Data Managers from a wide range of ALDE Party member parties came together to share their data analysis experience and ideas for future projects in a training organised by the ALDE Party in Berlin from 13 to 14 September.

Around 30 participants from member parties and partner organisations exchanged best practices and discussed how to reach target audiences with the use of data analysis.

The programme consisted of 9 very relevant presentations, followed by the discussions, distributed over the two days of the seminar.

The speakers talked about real-life case studies as well as more theoretical aspects of conducting data analysis for the purpose of campaigning. The list of speakers included: ALDE Party’s Data Manager Max Sundermann, Mathias Willnat covering the subject of statistical modelling, Denise Baron and Tim Pollard from the Liberal Democrats, Frederik Ferié and Franziska Ammann from FDP, Iztok Štefanič from SMC, Tommi Enenkel from NEOS and Juri Schnöller from a social media consulting start-up called Cosmonauts & Kings.
