Frederique Ries wages war against single use plastics

The European Union wages war on single-use plastics polluting our oceans! Frédérique Ries, who's leading the fight in the European Parliament, has a strong message: "Our throw-it-all-away society is transforming our oceans into the waste bins. We decided to act!"

The new measures she pushed for have received massive support from MEPs dealing with environmental issues. The way to go? Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
