On 16-17 March, ALDE Party will host an event entitled “Europe as we see it: moving forward the liberal way” in Sofia, Bulgaria. 

The event aims to kickstart further dialogue on the liberal vision for the European Union beyond the upcoming elections on 6-9 June. 

In June last year, ALDE Party held a town hall event in Sofia to gather inputs for the ALDE Party 2024 Manifesto, discussing topics such as European enlargement and integration, security and defence and artificial intelligence. 

Participants will follow up on these discussions and tackle other issues such as the European Union’s foreign policy, equality and integration, as well as touching upon some core elements within the ALDE Party Manifesto.
