Earlier this month, we welcomed Raphael Velez as ALDE Party’s new Empowerment Officer. He joined the Research and Empowerment Unit and will be working to bring together European liberal parties and movements’ and organising the ALDE Accelerator Program.
Raphael, who is of French but has lived and studied in Canada, has previously worked as a political advisor.
He studied Politics and Communications at the LSE.
