The Alliance Of Her Academy hosted its second session for the 2022 youth class of its world-class academy series over four days from 16 to 19 June in Budapest. In partnership with LYMEC, the Alliance Of Her is currently working to support a class of talented liberal women in politics all under 30.
Over the weekend, class members took part in an intense and engaging agenda including experts across a range of areas relevant to succeeding in political life, inspiring speakers, and opportunities to develop their own political goals and plans. The class also took the opportunity to connect with each other, share ideas and experiences and enjoy being in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe.
During the event, participants had the chance to be inspired by Momentum party’s two European Parliament Members: Anna Júlia Donáth and Katalin Cseh. They also heard from alumnae from the Horizon project, the party’s own women’s academy, members of the Rainbow Platform, and guests and former alumnae from Progressive Slovakia and Austria’s NEOS Party.
The class members will now join for their final session with participants in the Alliance Of Her 2022 Academy “Open” class in November, where they will graduate the program and become alumnae. With so much talent and ambition within such a dynamic group, the next session will provide an incredible moment to celebrate some extraordinary political journeys and ensure each participant has what they need to achieve their political goals.
Note: The Alliance Of Her Academy continues to benefit from the support of partners FNF and ELF. As such, all participants meet strict eligibility criteria, in addition to demonstrating clear leadership talent and ambition. Participants are also informed of the prohibition to run in an election campaign during the academy or up to 12 months after the termination of the program. If this condition is not respected, participants will be required to cover costs independently.
