Founded in 1884, Venstre is Norway’s oldest party and its only liberal party, working for freedom, opportunities and a greener tomorrow. The party’s primary focus areas are environmental affairs, education and promoting entrepreneurship. Venstre currently retain eight members in the Storting, Norway's Parliament. Venstre's party leader is Guri Melby, elected in 2020.
