Party Leader: Riccardo Magi
Più Europa is a pro-European, federalist and liberal Italian political party born in 2017 from the meeting between the Italian Radicals and the Forza Europa movement with a view to running an electoral list in the 2018 Italian general election. Founded by Italian senator Emma Bonino, it is led by its Secretary General Riccardo Magi in the Italian Parliament, currently retaining two seats in the Chamber of Deputies after the Italian general election in 2022.
The party aims to work to defend and improve the lives of citizens, protecting their rights and freedoms, defending the European Union of today to build that of tomorrow.

The Gibraltar National Party was founded in 1991 and subsequently re-named into Liberal Party of Gibraltar (GLP). Since then, they have formed an alliance with the Gibraltar Socialist Labour Party. The last general election took place in October 2019 where the GLP-GSLP alliance won 53% of the vote. They are now part of the Government with three Liberal Ministers.
GLP is also a sister party of the British Liberal Democrats and are part of the South-West England constituency at European Parliamentary elections on a joint ticket taking place six on the party list. The leader of GLP is historian Dr. Joseph Garcia.

Liberalerna ("Liberals") has a long-standing tradition as a Swedish liberal party fighting for equal opportunities for its citizens. The party was formed in 1934 under the name Folkpartiet by a merger of the parliamentary parties, the Swedish Liberal Party and the Frisinnade folkpartiet and was called the "People’s Party". From 1990, the party was called the Liberal People's Party and in 2015 the official name Liberalerna was adopted.

Founded in 1911, Musavat Party is the oldest political party in Azerbaijan, and played a key role as the ideological motor behind the foundation of the first democratic republic of Azerbaijan in 1918. Led by Arif Hacili, the party's key goals include protecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, creating a free society based on free, liberal market principles, equal rights for all and transparency.
Musavat believes that free and fair elections, accountability of central and local governments and all constitutional rights (freedom of expression, freedom of assembly and gender equality) must be fully safeguarded and respected. It also supports European and transatlantic integration, regularly participating in discussions regarding the EU’s Eastern Partnership project.
During snap parliamentary elections in 2020, Musavat participated with 60 registered candidates for 125 districts. As a result of mass fraud and undemocratic electoral procedures, highlighted by various international organisations, it failed to obtain a parliamentary seat.

Naša Stranka ("Our Party") was founded in 2008 by Danis Tanović and Dino Mustafić out of dissatisfaction with the political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Tanović and Mustafić became Vice-Presidents of the party, Bojan Bajić was elected President and Fadil Šero became Secretary-General. The support for Naša Stranka grew throughout the years, which resulted in more seats in the House of Representatives of BiH (3) and the House of Representatives of the Federation of BiH (6). Edin Forto is the party's current leader since 2021, succeeding Predrag Kojović who had been at the helm from 2015.

The party was founded in 2012 as “NEOS - The New Austria” and participated in the 2013 legislative elections in an alliance with “Liberal Forum”. They won 9 seats and became the smallest faction in the National Council. This alliance resulted in a merge between both parties, which was named “NEOS”. During the snap legislative election of 2019 NEOS increased their support with nearly 3% in comparison to 2017 and improved the number of seats from 10 to 15 in the National Council.

People's Freedom Party (PARNAS) in Russia is a political party that fights for liberal values, such as human rights, democracy and a free and competitive market. PARNAS defends the systemic decommunisation of Russia in order to completely move away from its totalitarian Soviet past, fights to represent the interest of pro-European Russian citizens and strives to carry out protests against Putin’s regime and usurpation of power.
The party strongly condemns Putin’s aggressive domestic and foreign policy and consistently stands in opposition to it. The ruling authorities impose many restrictions on the party’s political activities, including blocking access to elections and blackmailing activists. Boris Nemtsov, the party's late co-leader, was murdered near the Kremlin in 2015, and the organisers of this political assassination have not yet been found.

The Russian United Democratic Party Yabloko is the oldest Russian democratic party, formed in 1993 first as an electoral bloc. Today Yabloko has over 28,000 members, regional branches in 79 out of 85 Russian regions, and over 600 local organisations. The party cooperates with human rights and environmental organisations, independent trade unions, culture societies, civil initiatives and public organisations for the protection of citizens’ rights in the social sphere.
Yabloko has been a full member of Liberal International since 2002 and full member of the ALDE Party since 2006. Yabloko had a parliamentary faction in the Russian parliament in three convocations, until the parliamentary elections of 2003 under President Vladimir Putin. Yabloko founder Grigory Yavlinsky came fourth and third in presidential elections of 1996 and 2000, was not allowed to run in the presidential elections of 2012, and came fifth in 2018, when Vladimir Putin became President for the fourth time.

The ALDE Party leaders - at their meeting on 28 February 2022 - proposed to grant temporary affiliate status to Sluga Narodu (Servant of the People), the party founded by Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The ALDE Party Bureau subsequently adopted the proposal, subsequently granting the party full membership at the ALDE Party Council in Dublin in June 2022.
Sluga Narodu is a party registered in March 2018 to support Zelenskyy and his agenda for President, named aligning with the popular political TV show in which he played the role of a teacher who was elected President. The party then contested and won the 2019 parliamentary elections to hold a one-party majority in the Ukrainian Parliament and form a government.
